Lounge : beautiful natural stone flooring, corner sofa which converts into a double bed for guests, Mini Hi-Fi,, TV with DVD & video , world Sky+ package, telephone for local calls only and wireless internet access. You will find a selection of cookery books and novels, board and activity games and a small number of DVD's and videos. The Log burning stove is multi fuel and lovely to warm yourself in front of with a hot chocolate after a blustery Autumn stroll.

Dining area : is situated by the patio doors which look over open countryside. It faces to the west so is flooded with afternoon and evening sunshine, the circular table has seating for four, Denby crockery completes the quality feel.

Kitchen :high specification kitchen with granite work surfaces and Smeg appliances which include: electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, slim line dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. As well as the standard appliances kettle, toaster and coffee maker the kitchen is equipped as you find at home. Glorious views over to the White Horse at Sutton Bank from the Kitchen window.

Master bedroom : wonderful natural oak floor, romantically dressed in rich Laura Ashley fabrics with a four poster effect, king size bed. Traditional kidney shaped, dressing table with triple mirror, colour TV/DVD, hairdryer and CD/radio/alarm clock. An external door leads to a secluded east facing pebbled patio area with wrought iron table and chairs, perfect for a private breakfast in the early morning sunshine.

Bathroom :The deluxe en-suite bathroom has a Victorian style corner ‘spa' bath (big enough for two!) with dual temperature control, grand riser shower over, wc, basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. You will also be provided with a full compliment of fluffy white towels , bath robes and complementary spa products. There are double doors which can be opened into the bedroom, set the music, light the candles and enjoy a romantic soak with a glass of bubbly!

There is a south facing patio area to the front and a seating area with garden bench to the side, a BBQ and picnic set are supplied. Travel cot and high chair are available on request and one well behaved pet is welcome. There is private off road parking for two cars. Initial supply of logs (more can be purchased locally) power, bed linen, towels and bathrobes are all included in the rent. Welcome bottle of wine, complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Village shop, pub, restaurant and post office are only half mile away, Ripon is approximately 3 miles, and the nearest Railway Stations are Harrogate 9 miles and Knaresborough 10 miles
